Vic looks to his involvement in sports such as baseball and football as
just one source of his extraordinary focus and determination. Growing
up around his father, a real estate investment broker and energetic
entrepreneur, Vic learned the value of a hard day’s work and a creative
approach. His service in the Air Force during the Vietnam War further
instilled in him important lessons about duty and self-discipline.
While all these factors have played a role in forming Vic’s focused
approach, he will tell you it’s simply a matter of putting more into
